Essay

Theoretical and methodological approaches are improved and practical recommendations for improving of production competitiveness in cattle breeding farms are developed. The economic essence of competitiveness is researched and factors of its determination are systematized; the specific features of the integration process in improving of the cattle competitiveness are clarified and methodical approaches of its determination are advanced. The current state and development of animal husbandry in agricultural enterprises are analyzed, the estimation of economic efficiency of livestock production has been made, the meaning and significance of quality and price of products as main factors for ensuring the competitiveness of milk and beef cattle breeding are defined, competitiveness of livestock production at agricultural enterprises are evaluated. Prediction of production and consumption of the livestock are substantiated, competitive production of these products in the context of meat and dairy cluster creation is projected; within the model mechanism the growth of economic efficiency is proposed, recommendations for improving the livestock competitiveness in terms of organic production are discovered.
