Elvira O. Method of forensic analysis of а crime and criminal activity

The thesis is the first monographic research in the national science which represents a comprehensive study of method of forensic analysis of a crime and comprises research and justification of the knowledge system for improving the level of the method application. The approaches to the definition, classification, controversial issues of both methods of forensic science and methodology of the science in general have been analyzed. The method of forensic analysis of a crime has been studied, its rank in the system of methods of forensic science has been determined, its characteristic features, tasks, essence have been considered, its particularity has been characterized, the author's definition has been given. The powerful capabilities of the theoretical and practical application of the method of forensic analysis have been demonstrated on the example of the detailed review of its subtypes.
