Essay

Phosporylated peptidomimetics. New potential bioregulators of cyclic and acyclic nature received on the basis of 1,3-oxazole-4-ylphosphonic acid. Chemical synthesis, IR and NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), LCMS, X-ray diffraction analysis, the HPLC column with optically active carrier, polarimetry, elemental analysis. Developing preparative convenient methods of synthesis of some new derivatives of 4-phosphorylated 1,3-oxazoles, phosphono peptidomimetics and oligopeptides (including those are optically active) with a phosphorylated glycine residue. Sphere of use - organic chemistry, chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, bioorganic chemistry, fine organic synthesis, peptide synthesis.
