Strilok I. The formation of evaluation system of ranking score on the water transport enterprises

The paper is devoted to the problem solving of system formation of the rating evaluation on the water transport enterprises (shipping companies, sea trade ports, ship repair plants) as complicated multifunctional structures. The methodological approach to the system formation of the rating evaluation of the water transport enterprises is formed. It is based on objectivity, transparency, availability and provides the calculation of rating integrated index by the polycriterial methodology for the different groups of users (investors, government bodies, insurance companies, owners (stockholders), consumers, employers, suppliers, rivals). Integrated index involves financial condition indicator system, productive activity, consumer index and corporate social responsibility index. They include specific activity of shipping companies, sea trade ports and ship repair-building plants.
