The dissertation is concerned with the issuesto methodological development of comprehensive assessment of the investment potential of transport enterprise by calculating the consolidated integral index, and determination of the basis of financial instruments for its implementations. The financial mechanisms of the investment potential of domestic transport enterprise and reasonable principles of its choice is classified. A matrix of choice of financial instruments of the investment potential of Ukrainian transport enterprise based on the level of integrated indicator is appealed.
