The object of the research is improvement process of institutional support of innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises. The aim of this work is to deep the theoretical and methodological approaches and to give the practical recommendations of the improvement of institutional support of innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises. The abstract and logical, logical analysis, synthesis, economic and mathematical statistics, modelling, graphical, tabular methods are used by the author. Theoretical value of the work is to improve the existing theoretical positions, which concern the institutional support of innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises. The scientific novelty is a methodical approach of formating the tariffs at central water supply and sewage services on the stimulating regulation principles; methodical approach of optimizing the distribution of investment resources at the water supply and sewage enterprises using the "cost-benefit" method; methodical approach of evaluating the level of innovation and investment development at the water supply and sewage enterprises, which is based on the calculating the integral index; the improvement mechanism of institutional support for innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises and interpretation of "innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises" term; tools of the innovation and investment development activization of water supply and sewage enterprises, which include directions of innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises and creation of branch financial institutions with innovation and investment development fund powers. The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological and practical thesis, which concern the improvement of institutional support of innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises. Author's recommendations are being used of the improvement of institutional support of innovation and investment development of water supply and sewage enterprises and formation the tariffs of central water supply and sewage services on the stimulating regulation principles. The sphere of the use these recommendations is enterprises, which provide water supply and sewage services and authorities, regulated their activity.
