Morozova Y. Innovation outsourcing of enterprises of the construction industry

The research lies in the development and refinement of theoretical aspects, improvement of scientifically grounded methodical and practical tools of outsourcing innovation feasibility assessment in construction enterprises. The process of implementing outsourcing in innovative activity of construction enterprises has been investigated. The methodical approach to multi-criteria assessment of decisions concerning feasibility of implementing outsourcing in innovation activities of construction enterprises has been improved upon in the paper. The essence of outsourcing has been researched, classification has been improved through detailed classification by degree of integration of the organization and property sharing. Tools for determining the appropriateness of outsourcing implementation in construction enterprises have been improved through using a balanced set of criteria. Interpretation of the concept of "outsourcing of innovative activity" has been studied. Grounds for an integrated approach to outsourcing of innovation activity in construction enterprises and for a methodical approach to determining the economic benefit of outsourcing have been provided. The current state and trends of innovative development of enterprises of the construction industry in Ukraine have been analyzed. An approach to determining the effect of outsourcing of innovation activity in construction enterprises, the essence of which is to use economic analysis techniques to predict the value added economic benefit of outsourcing, has been proposed.
