Moroz T. Organizational and economic mechanism of rural areas' sustainable development

The Thesis is devoted to the grounding theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations as for the formulation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of sustainable development of rural areas. The Dissertation had generalized and systematized theoretical interpretation of "rural development" and "sustainable development" concepts; the essence, structure, functional significance and characteristics of organizational and economic mechanism of rural areas' sustainable development had been discussed. Methodical approaches to the assessment of rural development were developed; social, economic and environmental prerequisites for sustainable rural development of Mykolayiv region was assessed; monitoring and management of the rural areas' development was improved; the main directions and additional measures to improve the effectiveness of programs and projects implemented within rural areas were defined; the model of environmental balancing, economic and social factors in the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas was developed.
