Melnyk O. The development of economic agrarian sector of Ukraine on the context of innovative entrepreneurship

The Thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodical study of scientific principles and practical recommendations' development as for the formation of a structured system of effective innovative entrepreneurship in order to develop the agrarian sector of Ukraine. The Dissertation summarizes theoretical research of scientists as for the nature of the concepts of "knowledge society" and "innovation economy", specified categories and the essence of "innovative entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector" from the standpoint of its consistency. The model of the innovation process in the agrarian sector through the correlation functions of innovative entrepreneurship is improved. The technique assessment of innovative entrepreneurship with the release of some techniques to evaluate its subsystems and providing facilities is grounded. The level of development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine is analyzed; its functional relationship with innovation business, the influence of global trends on it national and sectoral economy, institutional and legal environment, its infrastructure support are investigated. The conceptual basis of the innovative entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector's development which is based on the flexibility of organizational and economic mechanism is worked out. The approaches to the formation of innovative business and its infrastructure's support based on optimization of innovative structures with agrarian HEIs consolidation are given. The priority ways of scientific and educational environment improvement in order to promote innovative entrepreneurship and expand its borders in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are defined.
