The dissertation investigates the influence of application of the new technologies into informational and analytic activities on public management. The analysis which has been carried out makes it possible to affirm that application of new technologies into informational and analytic activities is a very important condition for the effectiveness of the public management system. The technologies are the instrument which makes public management qualitative and effective, and gives the opportunity to provide services at the necessary level and as a result, to raise the living standard. The analysis which has been done makes it possible to affirm that while dealing with the problem of application of the new technologies into public management it is necessary to examine one of the main aspects of this process - namely, administrative managerial decisions. The quality of work at all stages of making and implementation of administrative managerial decisions makes public management effective and efficient.
