Rudaleva L. State regulation of banking on stock market in unstable modernization of national economy

Annotation's content is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and organizational grounds of state regulation of banking on stock market: forms, methods and tools studied international experience. The state and the main trends of state regulation of banking on stock market of Ukraine: essence and normative and legal state regulation on own securities issue, investment and commission banking operations and depositary activity of the NBU, main tasks of the state in light of the new depository system of Ukraine are analysed in the research. The recommendations of improving the state regulation of banking on stock market in unstable modernization of national economy: improve institutional support, improvement of the legal framework, mechanisms of state regulation of banking on stock market of Ukraine in light of the new Law of Ukraine "About Depository System of Ukraine" are elaborated .
