Savochkina D. Administrative and Legal Providing of Activity of the National Guard of Ukraine

Dissertation - one of the first in the domestic jurisprudence comprehensive- one of the first in the domestic jurisprudence comprehensive monographic study of administrative and legal providing of activity of the National Guard of Ukraine, which finds its essence and features, and provides evidence-based recommendations for its improvement. The role and place of the National Guard of Ukraine in the system of law enforcement, with defined objectives, functions, principles and forms and methods of activity. Described in details directions of interaction of the National Guard of Ukraine with law enforcement and security forces, in particular with complication of situation. Special attention is paid to the research organization of military units and law enforcement functions of the CIS member states.
