Obrizko І. Legal basis of the principle of specialization justice in modern Ukraine (for example, the formation and functioning of administrative courts)

The dissertation is devoted to the administrative-legal aspect of HR policy in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine. Methodological and pragmatic approaches to the study of HR policy in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine were synthesized. The very concept of HR policy in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine as well as the essence of the phenomenon of technology of career management of Ukrainian police officers were been substantiated and formulated. The main aspects of HR policy organization in the internal affairs of Ukraine and the ways of its realization process improvement were studied and formulated; scientific-theoretical and practical approaches aimed on improving the legal bases of combating corruption in the public service in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine were been represented.
