Polishchuk P. Specifics of ontological and axiological factors contributing to formation of legal consciousness in law enforcement officers

This thesis is devoted to philosophical and legal study of the specifics of ontological and axiological factors contributing to formation of legal consciousness in law enforcement officers. The process of formation of the meaning of the 'legal consciousness' term was characterized and the main approaches to its interpretation as a social-legal phenomenon were reviewed. Philosophical and legal study of legal consciousness in law enforcement officers was done by correlating ontological conditions and axiological factors of its formation. Ontological factors included objective conditions of existence of law and legal consciousness, in particular, various spheres of social life, and also living conditions of subjects of law.
