Kurbanov B. Principles and forms of protection of human rights of judges.

Thesis deals with the basic principles and forms of protection labor rights of judges. The paper analyzes the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of regulation labor rights of judges. The categorial-conceptual apparatus, such as: "a subjective labor law of judges", "a protection labor rights of judges", "principles of protecting labor rights of judges", "a form of protection labor rights of judges", "a not jurisdictional form of protection labor rights of judges", "a jurisdictional form protect the labor rights of judges" is determined. In the dissertation is formulated the systematic approach to identifying peculiarities principles of protecting labor rights of judges, which include the following: 1) embodied in the rules, both general and specific legislation; 2) determined as by economic and political factors and as social and ideological phenomena - morality and law; 3) indicate the mechanism of protection of labor rights of judges; 4) is a guide for the development and approval of new rules governing the protection of labor rights of judges; 5) is an internal regulator for the protection labor rights of judges. Particular attention is paid to every form of judicial protection of labor rights, such as jurisdictional and not jurisdictional forms, the peculiarities of each of them are characterized and implementation issues are named.
