The thesis centers around the legal nature of the labor activity of individual entrepreneurs, examines the formation and development of the legal status of an individual entrepreneur as the subject of labor relations. The regulatory support of individual entrepreneurs as the subject of labor relations is investigated. The mechanism of the right to work of an individual entrepreneur is analyzed. The grounds and procedure changes and termination of employment of individual entrepreneurs and bases of its operation are found out. Areas of optimization of the legal status of individual entrepreneurs as the subject of labor relations and foreign experience of work of individual entrepreneurs are examined.
