Fetsovych T. Strategic analysis of the results of enterprises’ activity

Object is the process of defining the results of enterprises’ performance. Objective is to extend the theoretical and methodological statements and the development of scientific and practical recommendations that are aimed at improving the strategic analysis of results at the poultry enterprises. Methods of induction and deduction; simulation technique; correlation analysis ;expert assessment and abstraction; economic and mathematical methods and formalization. Results – the scientific study of theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic analysis of the results of enterprises’ activity, forming conclusions and practical suggestions on procedures to improve them. Novelty. It has been proposed interpretation of strategic analysis as a comprehensive study of the factor's impact of internal and external environment upon the enterprise's activity in order to shape adjusted to the specific market conditions instruments for minimizing existing and future risks of the impact on performance results. It had been also based methodical approach to the strategic analysis of poultry enterprises performance, taking into account factors of the internal and external environments based on the existing indices system. It has been improved methods of analysis of financial results, as well as the formation and usage of absolute, relative and additional indices based on proposed structural and logical framework analysis. It has been widen the system of analytical indices that focus on resource approach and identifying new expansion opportunities and the optimal strategy of poultry companies has been formed on this basis. It has been proposed to optimize the product portfolio of poultry enterprises based on analysis of their strategic. Based on the SWOT & SPACE methods taking into account internal and external environment poultry companies rates it has been defined their position in the market and proved an optimal strategy. It has been expanded information base for strategic analysis through the use of modern software with current trends of management development and poultry enterprises specifics. This is applied in the activities of the Department of Agricultural Development of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ukrainian State Fund of farms support in the Ternopil region, SE "Gorodenka Poultry Plant" JSC "Avangard", JSC "Poultry Ternopil", JSC "Avangard", LLC "Yayce-rayce", LLC " Poultry "Volochysk" Ternopil National Economic University. Scope is the activity of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food industry of Ukraine.the branch of industry is Economy.
