Essay

Based on a comprehensive uroradiology survey patients with incidental small renal masses was studied and systematized MDCT-semiotics of small renal masses less then 4cm, optimized protocols MDCT for detection and identification of small renal masses, determined differential diagnostic criteria for small renal masses and based on multivariate discriminant clinical and morpho-beam analysis was determined the probability of differential diagnostic criteria of small benign and malignant tumors of the kidneys, which helped formulate the indications for surgical treatment of tumors or dynamic observation of patients, as well as to develop science-based algorithm for the use of MDCT imaging, identification and diagnostic support for patients with small renal masses.
