The thesis is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of prosthodontic treatment of edentulous patients by our design removable dentures having the shock absorbing properties and its clinical evaluation. Our own construction and fabrication of complete removable dentures having the shock absorbing properties were developed and approved, their effectiveness was proved in prosthodontic clinics.
