Rud Y. Legal regulation of the energy saving in the agriculture of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of the legal regulation of the energy saving in the agriculture of Ukraine, formulation on this basis theoretical summaries and practical recommendations for improvement the legal support in this sphere. In the presented work theoretical foundations of the legal regulation of the energy saving in the agriculture of Ukraine are researched, such basic research categories as "legal regulation of the energy saving in the agriculture", "energy saving in the agriculture" are determined, retrospective review of the development of the legislation in the agriculture of Ukraine is performed, principles of the legal regulation in the agriculture and sectoral affiliation of legal relations of the energy saving in this field are defined.
