The thesis provides a comprehensive study of the mechanism of regulation of the proceedings on administrative responsibility for tax evasion. Described the current regulatory framework of the proceedings and identified the need to bring the legislation into line with the theoretical models of the development and operation of such proceedings and in accordance with international standards and regulations. Defined concepts and categories of administrative tax proceedings and the content of the relevant categories.
