The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of the administrative-legal regulation of the organization of health protection at the regional level. Focused on legal the characteristics of the regional organization of medicine in Ukraine. Given the author's vision of the principles of administrative and legal support health at the regional level, disclosed their essence. Investigated the problem of the mechanism of administrative-legal regulation of the organization of health protection at the regional level through the disclosure of its constituent parts. Analyzed the subjects of public health management at the regional level through their concept, classification, authority. Suggested specific ways to improve the administrative and legal regulation of the organization of health protection at the regional level. Characterized prospects of introduction of obligatory medical insurance and its role in improving the funding of regional medicine. Provided suggestions for changes to existing health legislation of Ukraine.
