Romanenko A. Administrative and legal control of housing and public construction

The Dissertation is devoted to the study of protection of individual rights and legal interests in the administrative law of Ukraine. On the basis of modern methodological approaches, doctrine analysis of theoretical sources of administrative legal science, generalization of norm setting and law-enforcement practice in the field of protection of individual rights and legal interests, the new or clarified definitions of a number of administrative and legal categories and concepts are offered. On the basis of generalization of norms of the national and international legislation, study and analysis of practical matters, the concept and content of the category "interest", the features of protection of individual rights and legal interests trough the norms of the administrative legislation are investigated systematically and comprehensively. The principles of administrative law were studied and their important role in protection of individual rights and legal interests is noted.
