Kazachuk I. The evidence and proving in administrative-delict process

Thesis is one of the first integrated studies in domestic administrative law science in which the analysis of theoretical and practical problems of the evidence and proving legal regulation in the administrative-delict process is realized with taking into account modern trends of development of the doctrine of administrative law and process, as well as legislative innovations. There grounded the expediency of selection of evidence in administrative-delict process, which exist only in electronic form, due to their existence exclusively in the above form and when it changes the information (actual data) will not be considered as evidence because the corresponding document will lose probative force.
