Dissertation is devoted to the research of the administrative procedures in cases connected with break of the voting rights of the citizens of Ukraine and the formation of theoretical concepts and practical conclusions aimed at the improvement of operating legislation in the sphere of proper questions and practice of its use. The main attention is paid to the research of the notion and mean of the administrative procedure in cases connected with break of the voting rights of the citizens of Ukraine. The classification of the voting rights was done and the legal base of the activity of voting commissions and administrative court as for the administrative procedures connected with break of the voting rights of the citizens of Ukraine.
