Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of the methods of synthesis of nucleotide analogues and to in vitro investigation of anti-Epstein-Barr virus activity of this compounds. The reaction of fluorination of methyl esters (a-aryl)(a-hydroxy)methylenebisphosphonic, a-aroylphosphonate and a-aroyl-phenyl-phosphinate acids with morpholinosulfur trifluoride was investigated. Using a Mitsunobu reaction the new analogues of bisphosphonate nucleotides which containing in its composition 1,2,3-triazole group were obtained.
