Object of study: governance regional development. Objective: theoretical study of mechanisms of state regulation of CSR and development of practical recommendations for their improvement. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, the comparative analysis. Results solved important scientific problem, which is the theoretical basis and develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of social responsibility.
