Essay

The dissertation includes essential characteristics of crisis management. A methodological approach was developed for the implementation of the preventive diagnostics of the enterprises which provides a premature detection of the crisis. Based on the results of preventive diagnostics were developed crisis programs of the enterprises of dairy industry. A prediction and assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed development scenarios was done.
