The work is devoted to comprehensive and systematic research of the institutional mechanism of tax disputes resolution in Ukraine, aimed at finding optimal ways of improving national tax law and its enforcement. The work proposes the concept of institutional mechanism of tax disputes resolution as interrelated and interdependent systems of public authorities and taxpayers, which are implemented through certain legal procedures and the means for tax disputes resolution at all stages of the proceedings.
