Tretyakov Y. Legal regulation of labor protection of workers agriculture.

In the thesis the feature and the legal nature of labor in agriculture is researched. The genesis of legal regulation of labor in agriculture is investigated. The principles of legal regulation of labor in agriculture were revealed, their purpose and classification were defined. Under the labor protection in the agriculture was offered to understand a set of legal, social, economic, organizational, technical, sanitary and medical means and measures in agriculture, whose main aim is to guarantee the life and health of agricultural workers and maintain a high level of efficiency at work. A comparative analysis of national and international legislation on regulation of child labor and women was made, also defects of national and international standards that are appropriate to introduce in Ukraine's legislation was detected. Also solutions to issues in accordance with international practice were established.
