Kasminin O. Features of legal regulation mechanism of protection of constitutional labor rights

This research focuses on features of legal regulation mechanism to protect the constitutional rights of migrant workers. The results of the study formulated the concept of protection of constitutional rights and interests of migrant workers, defined and characterized its main species Essence legal mechanism to protect the constitutional rights of migrant workers and singled out its elements: subjects of constitutional legal protection of labour rights, rights forms, methods, means and guarantees. Special attention is devoted to constitutional forms of protection of labour rights such as jurisdictional and not jurisdictional and investigation of some ways to protect the constitutional rights of migrant workers.
