Kozerenko I. Organizational and economic bases of functioning of logistic centers on the basis of maritime trade ports of Ukraine

Object - process of functioning of the logistical centres on the basis of integration activity of maritime trading ports and logistical operators of Ukraine. The objective is working out of organizational-economic bases of functioning of the logistical centres created on the basis of integration of activity maritime trading ports and logistical operators at the present stage of development of a Ukraine port economy. The methods are: the system analysis, the analysis and synthesis, a method of scientific abstraction, a grouping method, economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results - methodical approaches to formation of organizational-functional structure of the logistical center, methodical principles of optimisation of processing cargoes in warehouses of the logistical center (on an example of containers), methodical bases of a choice of a variant creation in Ukraine the logistical centres, methodical approaches concerning acceleration of movement of container goods traffics through maritime port by working out of a prototype of the uniform information carrier, concept improvement "the logistical center". New results: - is theoretically proved for the first time economic feasibility of integration of activity of maritime trading port and the logistical operator, as an indispensable condition of achievement of an optimum of process advancement of goods traffics of the logistical canter through maritime ports of Ukraine. The degree of implementation - Ilichevsky maritime trading port, maritime trading port "Jygnui", the Odessa national maritime university, Scientific research institute fundamental and applied researches of the Odessa national maritime university.
