The thesis is devoted to the systematic and deliberate analysis of changes in the ideology of international relations in accordance with the challenges of the modern world, features consolidation of democratic and humanistic foundations of this ideology in the period of globalization and the information revolution. The concept of "ideology of international relations" is uncovered as a universal paradigm of interaction between countries and peoples. Peculiarities of formation of a new ideology of international relations in Turkmenistan during the consolidation of statehood are analyzed. The relations between Ukraine and Turkmenistan, the ideological foundations of common interest in development cooperation are represented.
