Dissertation is devoted to defining administrative-legal bases of organization and activity of Security Service of Ukraine, asserting main ways of enhancement of its activity and justifying amendments and supplements to legislature in force in this sphere. The work defines the notion of "principles of activity of Security Service of Ukraine". It proposes classification of administrative delinquency reports. The dissertation analyses legislature in the sphere of providing national security. The work examines present state of realization of the Conception on Reform of Security Service of Ukraine.
