Dobryanskyi O. Organizational-economic mechanism of water security of Ukraine

The aim of the thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations and applied organizational and economic management mechanism of water resources security in the modern conditions of economy modernization of state. The object of research is the process of management of water resources safety in the context of sustainable development of Ukraine. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical bases of formation of organizational and economic mechanism for improving the safety of water resources Ukraine. The work reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of research of water resources security, essence and content of category are disclosed, the basic scientific approaches to improving the level of safety are studied, the methods of management of water resources security are proposed. The main factors of influence on the safety characteristics are defined and its basic features are investigated, the provision by water resources of economy of Ukraine in the determining of the security is analyzed, transboundary features of the influence on safety of water resources is investigated. The innovative approaches to management of security of water resources of Ukraine on the base of identifying the key principles of legal regulation, principles of functioning of the institutional model of management of security of water resources, financial and economic priorities of management in the current transformation conditions are formed.
