Zhukova Y. Realization of principle of procedural economy in administrative proceedings

Dissertation deals with the questions of realization of principle of procedure economy in administrative proceeding. The principle of procedure economy in administrative proceedings is determined; the main elements of its essence were set, the affiliation of the principle of the procedure economy to the functional and branch principles of administrative proceeding were grounded. To increase the effectiveness of facilities of realization of the principle of procedural economy in various stages and institutions of administrative process the rules of transfer of administrative case from one administration court to another court were improved, the institution of proper replacement of the improper party and the grounds of appeal consideration of case in the order written procedure were specified.
