The object of study: rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Objective: To optimize the treatment of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with choroidal detachment, through the development of new treatment, including intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide on their own or in combination perftorpropanom and subsequent vitrectomy. Methods: visometry the table Shevaleva, perimetry, tonometry method applantatsionnaya Maklakova, biomicroscopy, binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy, sonography posterior eye and ciliary body, immunological studies of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor in the blood (serum) and the tear fluid ELISA test systems using the "Vector-Best" and statistical methods of analysis of the results; ophthalmoscope, biomicroscopy, slit lamp, sonographer. Refined scientific data on the relationship with the height of hypotension choroidal detachment and complex clinical features characterizing the intraocular inflammation. It was shown that in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with choroidal detachment, is an increase in the level of proinflammatory cytokines. Supplemented with scientific data on the predominantly local nature of the activation of cytokine status in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with choroidal detachment. It is found that the maximum intensity features characterizing intraocular inflammation, accompanied by the most significant increase in the level of IL-6 in the blood. Supplemented with scientific data on the mechanism of action of anti-inflammatory triamcinolone acetonide injected intravitreal patients regmatogennoj retinal detachment, choroidal detachment complicated.
