Object of study: multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis; the goal - to increase the efficacy of treatment of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and extencively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB) by developing linezolid-containing regimens in the complex antimycobacterial therapy; methods of investigation: clinical, radiologic, microbiology, statistics; novelty: the first time determined the frequency of ofloksacin-, aminoglycosideresistance and extensively drug-resistance mycobacterium tuberculosis dependent on the case of tuberculosis; determined contingents of patients with MDR-TB, who need to use linezolid in individualized chemotherapy regimens; developed linezolid regimens in treatment of patients with MDR-TB and XDR-TB; determined the efficacy and tolerability of clofazimine and clarithromycin. Field of application - medicine.
