Dobryanska N. Subjects administrative liability under the laws of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to complex research of the legal regulation of administrative responsibility and application of administrative, financial, penalty approvals, fines (measures of administrative-legal character), their correlation. The actuality of research theme is characterized by drastic socio-political alternations in Ukrainian society and claim of new priorities of creation of the state, which resulted in the change of the withstand planned economy to market relations which in most cases are not always socially oriented. The new forms of economic, financial, social-cultural activities appeared. It induces the search of new forms of the legal regulation of public relations in the noted spheres. Questions related to bringing subjects to administrative responsibility, who can be the subject of administrative responsibility, administrative deliktnikh realizations, measures of administrative-legal character are researched. General principles and order of attracting of persons to administrative responsibility and application of administrative, financial, penalty approvals, fines are grounded. Suggestions, recommendations and positions which are directed at perfection of institute of administrative responsibility and measures of administrative-legal character are expressed and grounded.
