Essay

Thesis deals with research on action of mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow (BMMSC) and lipid tissue (LTMSC) on behavioral movemental reactions, biochemical and morphological changes in experimental Parkinson-like syndrome (PS). The research was conducted on 79 rats of Wistar line with 200-250 g of mass aged 3-4 months (54 male, 25 female). PS modeling was performed with both-sided stereotactic introduction of 6 hydroxydopamine (6-ОHDА) into substantia nigra (SN). Stem cells were introducted intravenously (IV) and intracerebrally (IC). The concentration of dopamine (DA) was estimated in blood and in brain frontal lobe. Results were evaluated on 10th, 20th, 30th days after MSC introduction. Efficacy of IC introduction of BMMSC is higher compating with IV, while IV way is less invasive, less complicable and may be an alternative to IC. Intravenous introduction of rats BMMSC in dosage of 2х10^6 in PS is more effective than in dosage of 1х10^6. Intravenous introduction LTMSC in parkinsonian rats is more effective than IV introduction BMMSC. Introduction of neuroinduced BMMSC into SN causes more intensive effect on PS cours than use on non-induced BMMSC.
