The thesis summarizes theoretical, methodological and practical issues of organizationally-economic providing of diversification of economic activities of agricultural enterprises. Suggestions for the improvement of methodological approaches to the assessment of the functional state enterprises in terms of their willingness to diversify; classified methods and types of farm diversification have been classified; to organizational peculiarities of vertical diversification in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
