Object of research: SVD in children of 6 - 7 and 12 - 14 years old, who were prematurely born with perinatal lesions of CNS. The aim - is devoted to the nature, extent and characteristics of immune, neurological and neurofunctional disorders in children of 6 - 7 and 12 - 14 years old with SVD, who were prematurely born with perinatal lesions of CNS, and the suggest approaches for their correction. Methods of research: clinical, neurological, neurofunctional, immunology, statistics. Equipment: microscope, thermostat, autoclave, dry-heat oven, biochemical and enzyme-linked immunosorbent analyzer, spectrophotometer, laboratory centrifuge, single-channel pipettes of variable volume, laboratory scales, a complex of diagnostic DX-NT as part of the channels EEG PO AXON STV.16, serial device "Sonomed-325", a complex of diagnostic DX-NT as part of the channels PO REO Regina, ultrasound diagnostic equipment Angiodin-echo. It was found the nature, extent and characteristics of immune, neurological and neurofunctional disorders in children of 6 - 7 and 12 - 14 years old with SVD, who were prematurely born with perinatal lesions of CNS, and the effectiveness of their correction with a combination of such medications as: Cortexin, Kiddi Pharmaton, Imupret. It was established that progression of SVD in children of 6 - 7 and 12 - 14 years old with SVD, who were prematurely born with perinatal lesions of CNS, is associated with distress in a humoral link of immunity, balance of immunoregulatory T- cells Th1 / Th2, Th2 / Treg, due to increasing of Th2 and Th1 and declining share of Treg, imbalance in the cytokine status. It was found that children at the age of 6 - 7 and 12 - 14 years old with SVD, who were prematurely born with perinatal lesions of CNS, the clinical manifestation of SVD, was accompanied by more severe disorders of neurological status and neurofunctional activity of the central nervous system, than coevals, who were born in time without perinatal lesions of CNS. The methods of restoration of immunoreactivity in children of 6 - 7 and 12 - 14 years old with SVD, who were prematurely born with perinatal lesions of CNS were proposed.
