The dissertation is devoted to justification of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of effective management of intellectual capital of the company. The basic definitions of the theory of intellectual capital management are refined, the conceptual foundations of organizational and economic mechanism of formation and use the intellectual capital of the company are developed. The classification of investments in intellectual capital of the company is improved. It is analyzed methodical approach to determining the strategy of the elements of intellectual capital company, depending on the type of development and strategic status in the process of value creation in the enterprise. The analytical assessment of the current state, dynamics, problems and prospects of development of mining concentrating enterprises of Kriviy Rih Basin are examined. The efficiency of formation and use of intellectual capital sampled enterprises in accordance with the proposed methodological approach are investigated. The necessity of organization subsystem management of intellectual capital for mining concentrating enterprises of Kriviy Rih Basin is proved, the algorithm evaluate its implementation is proposed. The directions of the subsystem effective management of intellectual capital for researched companies are justified, its testing is held, the effectiveness of the proposed measures is determined.
