Essay

In the thesis the theory of national non-homogenous multinational literary languages is analyzed. Such important features of a national variant as system and structural patterns, the presence of the own codified literary norm, different stratifications, and a complex inner structure are pointed out. The main reasons of the language variants appearance are defined.A hypothesis about inofficial occasional status of a quantitatively significant part of the variant phraseological units, dynamic processes of unification and archaisation of the variant phraseology are stated.
