Yurko T. Organizational-economic mechanism of state support of small business in Ukraine

Object: the process of formation and implementation of state support of small business in order to ensure the socio-economic development of the national economy. Purpose study of theoretical foundations, improving scientific and methodological support and develop practical recommendations to sovershenstvovaniyuya organizational-economic mechanism of state support of small business in Ukraine. Methods: synthesis method of comparison, historical and deductive methods, statistical method, variance analysis, and predictive mathematical methods of economic-mathematical modeling. It is offered: first: the methodical approach to evaluating the financial and property status of recipients of state support, the meaning of which is the rating system of predicting the likelihood of return to the budget based on the evaluation of financial and qualitative indicators of the company receiving state support; it is improved: scientific and methodical approach to classification of national identification models of small enterprises; scientific and methodical approach to the study of organizational and economic mechanism of state support of small business; methodical approach to periodization of the development of organizational and economic mechanism of state support of small business in Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of the evolution of legal and regulatory framework and infrastructure support; methodical approach to the assessment of the effectiveness of state support of small business; gathered subsequent development: interpretation of what constitutes "organizational and economic mechanism of state support of small business"; conceptual approaches to the improvement of the legal framework of the state support of small business.
