Misiuna A. Clinical and biochemical indices parallel and functional state of cardio-respiratory system in patients with arterial hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by physical factors including rehabilitation therapy

We studied the effectiveness of medication, nebulizer bronchodilator and laser therapy in complex rehabilitation of patients with arterial hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The patients were divided into 4 groups accordingly using of medical complex (MC): МС-1 included basic therapy: lipid-lowering diet, dosing motor mode, exercise, climate and medication; nebulizer bronchodilator therapy with sympathomimetic was applied additionally in МC-2; in MC-3 laser therapy supplemented to MC base; MC-4 included a basic therapy, bronchodilator nebulizer and laser therapy. The positive clinical effect with МС-1 was 72,7 %; with the addition of its bronchodilator (МС-2) - 79,4 %. The combination of МС-1 with laser therapy (МС-3) helped to improve treatment - 90,6 %, and with МС-1, laser and bronchodilator therapy (МС-4) - up to 93,8 %. We proved significant improvement in clinical and biochemical and functional indicators for inclusion МС-3 and МС-4 in the complex rehabilitation of patients with hypertension with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
