Stashko I. Grain Quality Management in the Activity of Agricultural Enterprises

Aim of research: to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations about quality control of grain farms. Object: the process of quality control in the grain farms activity. Methods: grouping, economic-mathematical analysis and modeling, correlation and multivariate regression analysis, sociological and expert surveys. Theoretical results: the theoretical and methodological principles of quality management of grain in the agricultural enterprises have been developed. Practical results: proposals about grain quality control in agricultural enterprises activity. Scientific novelty: the author methodologically grounded the idea of forming the adaptive control system quality grain in the agricultural enterprises, involving the identification and classification of the purposes of its activity, setting priorities and objectives, the definition of a single criterion for evaluating of the effectiveness of quality management, selection of key levers of influence on the efficiency of the above mentioned system and the development of methods tools for monitoring and analysis of its effectiveness.
