Spasenko V. Legal status of the registration service in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific study of theoretical and practical aspects of the legal status of the registration service in Ukraine. The author researches formation and development of the registration service on the territory of Ukraine, analyzes the legal basis for its activities and its place in system of state bodies in the context for reform of public administration are characterized and system of principles which should be followed by state registration service in Ukraine is outlined. The legal nature of the legal status of specified service is exposed and its elements are describes in detail. The problems related to the functioning registration service in Ukraine are determined, ways to solve them are proposed taking into account the experience of the foreign registration authorities. On the basis of the research a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations are provided in order to improve the legislation regulating the legal status of the registration service in Ukraine.
