Getman G. Modeling of person of unknown criminal (criminalistics facilities, methods and technologies).

The dissertation is devoted to the development of principles of the usage of modeling method during establishment of person of unknown criminal. The elements of modeling method are analyzed. Basic directions of the usage of this method are considered in inquisitional activity and during advancement of inquisitional versions. The technological process of design of person of unknown criminal is certain during realization of inquisitional review and the system of questions during an interrogation, that assist modeling of person of unknown criminal, is worked out. Directions of modeling of person of unknown criminal are distinguished during realization of the special expert researches.
