Object - thesis is devoted to assessing the interaction between projected and reconstructed reinforced concrete frame buildings, with a soil file under seismic impacts. The method for evaluation of the stress-strain state of reinforced concrete frame buildings under seismic actions, which is based on the finite element method, which allows to take into account the spatial and subgrade work building. Developed methodology of response spectra of the soil, taking into account the seismic and geological conditions of sites in Iran. An experimental study of the interaction of the "array Soil - a structure" on scale models in order to obtain the dynamic characteristics different types of soils with different values of the PGA. It has proposed improve methods for calculating strengthening damaged frame reinforced concrete buildings damaged in an earthquake. The above techniques are introduced in the design of new buildings in Iran.
